When we visited her house, Grace told our team in an emotional state that she began experiencing issues with her heart immediately after she delivered her child in 2018. And for three years, she went in and out of hospitals, struggling to seek medical attention. Unfortunately, she used all her money and it got to a point where she no longer had money to purchase the prescribed drugs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:auto 35%\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After much effort we put into seeking help for Grace, unfortunately, she eventually gave up the ghost, leaving behind her 3-year-old daughter.<\/p>\n<\/div><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"206\" height=\"121\"
