Empowering Young Minds: ICT Training for Children of Police Officers

At Africare Peace Initiative, we believe that education is a powerful tool for peacebuilding. And as part of our mandate to promote peace and development through education, we are excited to announce our ongoing ICT computer training program for selected children of police officers at Mounted Troop Police Barracks, in Ikeja, Lagos Nigeria.

This initiative aims to bridge the digital divide and provide underprivileged children with the skills they need to succeed in today’s technology-driven world. By empowering them with ICT skills, we hope to uplift their lives and create a brighter future for them.

We don’t intend to stop here! Our vision is to extend this initiative to other communities in various parts of Nigeria, reaching even more underprivileged children and providing them with the tools they need to thrive.

Our goal is to Provide ICT skills training to 50 children in the next 12 months, by establishing partnerships with local organizations and stakeholders to support the expansion of our initiative. We will monitor and evaluate the impact of our program on the lives of our beneficiaries.

Join us on this exciting journey as we work towards creating a more peaceful and prosperous Nigeria through education.
